4th Book and Plant Fair: a literary celebration in harmony with nature
This Saturday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Plaza Skawak will be filled with stories, leaves, and life with the IV Book and Plant Fair, an in-person event that celebrates International Book Day with a proposal that combines literature and sustainability.
Organized as a meeting place for independent publishers, bookstores, writers, and readers, the fair seeks to foster a love of reading and literary exchange in an open, green, and welcoming environment. Throughout the day, attendees will enjoy book presentations, talks with authors, interactive workshops, and activities for all ages, creating an enriching and family-friendly experience.
One of the most special features of this edition is that, for every book purchased, visitors will receive a plant as a gift. This symbolic gesture reinforces the link between reading and caring for the environment, highlighting how both can transform our world: words through thought and plants from the roots.
